Getting Crazy

Good Morning, Birdies! I don't usually (ever) do two posts a day, unless it's something important. Well, this isn't exactly important, but I've been thinking about the technical side of my blog lately. It's a bit- well, boring. So recently, I've decided to change it up! I want my blog to be as pretty/Birdy-ish as possible. So today, my theme is the IMOS outfit I posted earlier today. It may stay that way for a week or a month or a day, but I want to find a great look that I can keep! Also, there's a blog called In the Fun Lane. I'm obsessed with the colors, birds, and chevrons! That's probably as close as you can get to perfect Birdy-ness. But, for now, I can't do it because a professional did hers, and I am waaaaaaaaaay far from being a pro at anything technical. So I'll try my best, but I need feedback! If you love it, tell me! If you think there's room for improvement, tell me! But not "Birdy, I hate the new look." More like "Hey Birdy! I love your blog! I really liked that time when                ." Or, "OMG Birdy, I love this new design! It's sooooooo perfect! I love it because               ."

P.S. What color palette should I use? suggestions? Colors to avoid at all costs? I need to start somewhere! Also, did you guys like the fish? Should I invite them back? I wish I could do a cool pattern- I'm definitely lacking in the pattern department.

More Changes!

I designed my own blog! It's not permanent by any means, but I think it's kinda cute for now. If anyone has suggestions, they would be deeply appreciated!


Okay. Back to fashion. Clothes. Trends. Okay. I love a lot of trends. And I even try trends that I don't like just so I'm positive I'm not missing out. For instance, the maxi dress. I thought it looked ridiculous at first, but now I don't mind them. They can be really cool!


Anyway, I'm talking about trousers. They don't look good on anyone with thighs or hips. I think they do look good on models, but not everyone can be or is a model.

I look ridiculous in trousers or wide-leg pants. You can always tell who has short legs and who has long legs. I'm not saying trousers are bad, but I think people should be super skinny (but not too skinny) to look good in them. I think boot cut jeans look good on everyone. E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E! I mean everyone. Not everyone can wear skinny jeans or trousers, but everyone can wear boot cut jeans. I like these from AE:

What do y'all think? I look best in skinny jeans, but boot cut doesn't look bad! What about y'all? Am I alone in my trousers-don't-look-great-on-everyone theory? Please tell me I'm not alone!

Did anyone notice my fish? If you didn't, get your eyes checked! They'll follow your mouse, and try clicking in the little box. It drops food! I love those little fish. They're so entertaining! 

Also, I added a pole. It's on the right toward the top. I love wearing fuzzy socks! I wear them either around the house when it's cold, or with boots (so they're hidden!). Tell me what y'all think!
